Fitness Resume

I've been a fitness coach and group fitness instructor for over 5 years. I ran my small business, B.Authen.Fit, where I worked with 100+ widely diverse clients with varying goals, including weight loss, muscle gain, body recomposition, and injury rehabilitation. I've instructed my Butt Builder class at St. George's University and Body Image Health Club in Grenada. I currently teach strength-based group instruction and provide personal training with Penn State's Campus Recreation for Fitness and Wellbeing.

I hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), including Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Glute Specialist, and Group Exercise Instructor. I have shifted a predominant emphasis from coaching in practice to focus on research related to fitness and wellness, specifically recreational bodybuilding, for empowerment and expression.
